A buyer who is acting in the exercise of his commercial or other professional activity when concluding and executing the contract is only entitled to a warranty period of 12 months for the purchase of goods in the e-shop www.proficookware.com. The warranty period begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer.
The warranty period does not include the period from the complaint about the goods to the time at which the buyer has to accept the goods after the warranty repair. The warranty cannot be applied to normal wear and tear of the goods. The warranty therefore does not cover normal deterioration in quality resulting from the use of the goods. Gifts sent with the goods are excluded from the guarantee and cannot be claimed.
