The roasting pan is made of durable die-cast aluminium with a titanium-reinforced surface that guarantees high strength, long life and energy-efficient cooking. The wall thickness of approx. 1.8 mm and the bottom thickness of approx. 4.4 mm contribute to fast and even heating. The ELODUR® Select non-stick surface in elegant black with white dots is highly scratch-resistant, PFAS-free and allows for easy baking without scorching and quick cleaning.
The perforated induction base makes the baking dish suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Of course, it can be used in the oven up to 230 °C and is dishwasher safe, ensuring maximum comfort in everyday use.
